This visit my first was a 750mL bottle of Leut. It was a farmhouse-style beer with a nearly "lambic" character. Tasted a lot of pear flavors in it. Overall it was a great beer, but with so many other beers on the menu I may never order it again. That's a very good thing! :)
Next up we had the '10' from the Trappistes Rochefort brewery along side the Withkap-Pater 'Triple'. Both were very good I am sure... to be honest I was simply enjoying the beer and conversation at that point but I do remember that we all agreed that the Trappistes Rochefort was the winner of the night. :)
Candace sent these pics my way so that I could do this blog post. She's got a great eye doesn't she? :)
Cheers to my bride and companion!
