Only a few more steps needed to complete the catholicbeer kegerator. Last night I worked with Scott to put the finishing touches on the door and design the drip tray.

There are lots of variations to be found by the commenters but I made a tonic variation that was a floral flavorgasm by adding one cardamon pod, four juniper berries, two teaspoons of lavender, and the juice and zest of a grapefruit. I also went a little heavy with the lemongrass and only needed half the agave.

I also had a pinch of paradise seeds and two star anise things.
